One weekend last month, I drove to McLean, Virginia, for a one day seminar on digital processing of landscape images. (I highly recommend the web sites, tours, and workshops run by Ian Plant and Joseph Rossbach.)
The next day, Dan and I went to the Great Falls for sunrise. That morning, there wasn't much color. I liked the fog rising off the river.
I decided this image was better in black and white.
